💫 TRADING
I like to provide tattoos through trade; This has gifted me a way to connect & barter with talented artists and lovely people.
I accept payment through a range of things: For some, this means prints they made, or ceramics they threw. For others, it means services or experiences. But, if cash is the best option for you, I’m happy to oblige. However, please note that I’m not able to trade as much when I’m guest spotting.
⌛️ RESPECT MY TIME
It takes a lot of my time & energy to tattoo on a trade-by-trade basis, especially customs. I do it this way because I like providing ink as an exchange, so please help me sustain this format by respecting me and my time! Just because we’re not exchanging ca$h, it does not mean my time isn’t worth anything.
If we arrange a tattoo, Please show up on time or cancel within 24 hrs.
🐲 RESPECT MY CULTURE
Some of my work contains Chinese motifs or characters. If you don’t have a relationship with that kind of imagery, please form one before approaching me for a tattoo depicting it. I’d love to share that connection together and help archive it on your skin.
*We live in a society* where cultures are merging, mixing, & fusing; I’d like to celebrate that in a respectful and generative way. My culture is something to be shared and celebrated, not used as a fashion statement or edgelord fodder. The difference lies in the work you do.
I treat tattooing as a conduit for kinship and connectivity, please do the work & make that magic real.
🤝 RESPECT THE TRADE
Art takes time! If you can’t provide your end of our trade on the day of the tattoo appointment, I completely understand. But, I ask that you provide a 100$ collateral until you can deliver!
